You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
One-time purchases are non-refundable once the full plan has been generated and delivered to your account, as the digital content has been consumed.
If you were charged incorrectly or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing paid content, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your case and issue a refund where appropriate.
